Please refer to the following Safety and Warning information before and after operating your Helium Balloon Cylinder.
GENERAL WARNING STATEMENTS:
Keep helium cylinder and balloons out of reach from children.
Balloons represent a possible choking hazard.
Balloons are made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.
NOTE:
Helium balloon cylinder is for home use only.
Please respect the environment, and do not release balloons outdoors in free flight.
This balloon cylinder contains a helium and air mixture with no less than 80% helium.
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD
Children under 8 years old can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required when operating this helium cylinder. Keep uninflated balloons away from children, and discard any broken balloons immediately.
WARNING: CONTENTS UNDER PRESSURE
Do NOT refill helium cylinder. Never attempt to refill this helium balloon cylinder with any type of substance. This cylinder is not designed or intended to be refilled. Attempting to refill may cause the helium cylinder to burst violently, resulting in death or serious bodily harm..
Do NOT store helium cylinder in wet or damp areas. Never store this helium balloon cylinder in places that are wet or damp, as this may cause the helium cylinder to rust. Rusting may cause the helium cylinder to burst violently, resulting in death or serious bodily harm.
Do NOT heat or incinerate helium cylinder. Do not heat balloon cylinder, as contents are under pressure, and the cylinder may burst. Prevent prolonged exposure of the helium cylinder to sunlight. Do not burn the helium cylinder, or expose it to temperatures above 120°F (49°C). Exposing the cylinder to such conditions may cause the pressure relief device to operate, which will cause a sudden pressure discharge from the helium cylinder, and may result in death or serious bodily harm.
Do NOT puncture or abuse the helium cylinder. This balloon cylinder contains compressed helium under pressure. Do not cause the helium cylinder to strike sharp or pointed surfaces. Dropping the cylinder on sharp or pointed surfaces may cause a sudden pressure discharge from the helium cylinder, which may result in death or serious bodily harm.
Do NOT place helium cylinder nozzle in mouth or nose. This balloon cylinder contains compressed helium under pressure. Placing the helium cylinder nozzle in the mouth or nose may cause damage to lungs and other body parts, which may result in death or serious bodily harm.
Do NOT inhale helium. Use and store this helium balloon cylinder only in a well-ventilated location. Never use in closed spaces or areas where ventilation is inadequate. Helium reduces and may eliminate oxygen available for breathing. Inhaling helium may result in death or serious bodily harm.
